 CCTV System Installation

US General Consulate in Almaty  is seeking the Company which able to provide CCTV system installation. The system requires the following specifications:.

  • Video surveillance system which provides unobstructed visual observation at all times of the entire internal perimeter of the property. Camera viewing zones should extend at least six meters from each side of the perimeter wall. Additional cameras may be placed on house or other structures to ensure full coverage.
  • One pan tilt zoom camera mounted on the pedestrian gate facing outward, with the ability to monitor the road outside the property, both vehicle approaches to the property, and any vehicles that stop at the vehicle gate. Guards should be able to operate this camera remotely from the guard booth.
  • Cameras must comply with NDAA 899 equipment requirements. ( It should not be used telecommunications equipment or technologies manufactured by  Huawei, ZTE,  Hikvision,  Dahua and Hytera (or their subsidiaries or affiliates)
  • Cameras will be hardwired to a monitoring system in the guard room, and will not have wireless connectivity. Monitoring system must be able to display all cameras on the screen simultaneously, with the ability for a guard to bring any camera display up to a larger size, i.e. “full-screen view”.
  • Monitoring system must have storage/recording ability that would enable a user to retrieve past footage from at least 48 hours prior.
  • Camera must have low-light capability. Guards will need to be able to monitor the cameras at night.

The full package of details will be provided to an interested candidate.

The proposals must be accompanied with the company’s past performance information.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation/proposal based on initial offers.

Issuance of this request does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the U.S. Government, nor does it commit the Government to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposals.

Proposals are due at 12 am, Almaty time on August 10 , 2023.
