This is to advise you that solicitation number 19KZ1019Q0008, issued on September 16, 2019 for the purchase of Internet Services, has been canceled.

The Solicitation No. 19KZ1019Q0008 is replaced with the Solicitation No. 19KZ1019Q0010 due to the internal error of the government electronic system.

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Nur-Sultan post Internet connection service.  If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

 

The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference, and all prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package are invited to attend. See Section 3 of the attached Request for Proposals (RFQ).

 

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

 

Quotations are due by October 21, 2019 not later than by 18:00 by local time of Nur-Sultan.

The U.S. Consulate General Almaty intends to award a contract/purchase order for purchase of two new Mercedes-Benz Vito vans, 2019, to a responsible company submitting the lowest price technically acceptable offer. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is need to do so. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. If you are willing to participate in this competitive process please send your price offer with specifications and dates of delivery to GSO Procurement  by email to lebedevae@state.gov; the deadline is September 9, 2019. Issuance of this request does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the U.S. Government, nor does it commit the Government to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposals.
