The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order for Compound Landscaping: Sod Installation to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The U.S. Embassy Astana intends to purchase a van (1 ea) as per attached technical specifications. The U.S. Government will award a contract/purchase order based on initial offers, without holding discussions, although discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The award will be made to the responsible company/individual entrepreneur submitting the lowest price technically acceptable proposal.
