The U.S. Embassy Nur-Sultan intends to award a contract/purchase order to company which specializes in providing HAZMAT Trainings. The U.S. Government will award a contract/purchase order based on initial offers, without holding discussions, although discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The award will be made to the responsible company submitting the lowest price technically acceptable proposal. The U.S. Consulate General, Almaty intends to purchase logistic program support services for Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Central Asia (CDC/CAR) per attached Statement of Work (SOW). The U.S. Government will award a contract/purchase order based on initial offers, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. DC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention), Mission for Central Asian Republics (CAR) is seeking the Company which able to provide logistic support for event conducted by CDC.

The attached is the Statement of Work (SOW) (29KB, DOC) with the detailed requirement for submission of the proposal on the schedule, detailed budget estimated in tenge.

The proposals must be accompanied with the company’s past performance information.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation/proposal based on initial offers, without holding discussions. Therefore the initial offer must be full and complete and meet all the Government Requirements as stated in the attached SOW. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines discussions are necessary.
