PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The purpose of this synopsis is to notify of the intent of the U.S. Consulate General Almaty to acquire the attorney services in support of the requirement of the United States Government in relation to the acquisition of leased housing units. It is the Government’s intent to award to a local company an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity labor-hour purchase order with fixed hourly rates, consisting of a one-year base period with four option years, for a maximum potential period of performance not to exceed five years and/or amount of $250,000. The detailed list of services will be presented in the coming solicitation. The services may be requested at any time, order and type of service as required in task orders. Due date for each task will be specified in each task order depending on urgency and constraints. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541199 All Other legal Services. This is not a request for submission of proposals. Solicitation will be issued at a later date, in minimum of fifteen days after this notice, and subject to funds availability.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order for Replacement filter for Blueair 405 series, 220 pieces and Replacement filter for Blueair 500 series, 160 pieces to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The U.S. Consulate General, Almaty intends to purchase graphic support services for Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Central Asia (CDC/CAR) per attached Statement of Work (SOW). The U.S. Government will award a contract/purchase order based on initial offers, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range, if there is a need to do so. The award will be made to the responsible company/individual entrepreneur submitting the lowest price technically acceptable proposal. Offers must contain price in Tenge (VAT inclusive; with separation of costs for the work required in the SOW).
