The attached is the Statement of Work (SOW) (DOC, 58KB) with the detailed requirement for submission of the proposal on the schedule, detailed budget estimated in tenge.

The proposals must be accompanied with the company’s past performance information.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation/proposal based on initial offers, without holding discussions.  Therefore the initial offer must be full and complete and meet all the Government Requirements as stated in the attached SOW.  The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines discussions are necessary.
