Pre-Solicitation Notice: Electric / Hybrid Vehicles
Pre-Solicitation Notice: This is not a solicitation. The U.S. Consulate General Almaty will launch solicitation on the U.S. Embassy website when it is available, at a later date, in minimum of fifteen days after this notice, and subject to funds availability. The purpose of this advertisement is to notify of the intent of the U.S. Consulate General Almaty to purchase two fully electric or hybrid vehicles, 5-passenger, 2023-2024 manufacture date. Vendors must comply with the National Defense Authorization Act prohibiting the use or purchase of covered telecommunications equipment and services. The U.S. Government will award a contract/purchase order based on initial offers, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The award will be made to the responsible company submitting the lowest price technically acceptable proposal, with the earliest delivery. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
