The U.S. Government is seeking a qualified company or individual entrepreneur, to provide services according to the attached SOW during the MORTAR Training for the Office of Military Cooperation in Gvardeiskiy Training Center of the Ministry of Defense, Kazakhstan, Zhambyl region from June 22 to July 3, 2023. The U.S. Government plans to award a contract/purchase order based on initial offer, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The award will be made to the responsible company/individual entrepreneur submitting the lowest price technically acceptable proposal. Offers must include price quote in Tenge (VAT inclusive per the SOW attached), and past performance information for similar work. Offers received after the June 6th deadline, will be considered late and might not be evaluated for an award. Issuance of this request does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the U.S. Government, nor does it commit the Government to pay for costs incurred during preparation and submission of the proposals.
