Assistant Regional Security Officer Andrew Kinlaw and Foreign Service National Investigator Alexander Kabentayev congratulated members of Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Prosecutor General’s Office on completing the Foreign Terrorist Fighter – Operator and Investigator course. The two-week course was held at the PGO’s Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies in Nur-Sultan where participants learned analytic and tradecraft skills to identify, investigate, and track foreign terrorist fighters. Assistant Regional Security Officer Kinlaw remarked that the United States values its excellent relationship with the Government of Kazakhstan and looks forward to continued cooperation and shared success.
